6 weeks:     Measles and Distemper vaccination

8 weeks: DHPP Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Canine Infectious Parvovirus, and Adenovirus  2

12 weeks: DHPP Booster

16 weeks: DHPP Booster

6 months: Rabies - vaccination for one year
